The rooms were very attractive, and there’s a lot of greenery around the facility. The place is also spotlessly clean. The people that work there are very prepped to serve the residents. So far, most of our experiences with the facility have been very positive. I really enjoyed the hospitality service they had there. The residents I met during my visits were happy and really satisfied with their stay. There is a surprising variety of activities offered there, and when I have gone to visit my grandma she has often been excited at the experiences she has had living there. Because my grandmother has her own one bedroom apartment, she has been able to retain a great deal of her independence while living there. Aside from some minor complaints about the menu offered, she has been very happy there, and it is nice knowing that she is in a safe and comfortable place. Pets are allowed in the facility. I think they are understaffed, but the people that do work there are very good and very friendly. My dad is not really happy with the food, but he is really hard to please so I can’t really go by him. They have all kinds of activities.
